Is a Tribute Really Free?
Yes, truly. A tribute with their story and up to 10 photos is free and stays free. Keepsake is only for families who'd like room for more photos and a video.
Is Keepsake a Subscription?
No. Keepsake is one $39 payment for one tribute. Nothing renews and you'll never be charged again for it.
Can I Get a Refund?
Of course. If Keepsake isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of paying and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked. Your tribute stays up as a free tribute.
How Do I Cancel a Featured Listing?
Just email us or use our contact form. Your listing stays featured until the end of the month or year you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
